Folium
Folium is more than a product. It is light shaped by nature, innovation rooted in sustainability, and a design that respects the landscapes it illuminates. With precision optics ranging from 5° to 46°, Folium offers designers and architects freedom — the freedom to shape light with accuracy, to frame moments, and to reveal beauty hidden in the night.
Cocoon
The Cocoon range features a pure, minimalist form with a light aperture of just 10 mm. Its deeply embedded optical core conceals a unique focus lens, developed using Bartenbach technology, combining advanced optical expertise with Austrian precision. The result is a virtually glare-free lighting solution, delivering both visual comfort and high performance.
Bespoke Solutions
01. Concept Design
The archlum team approaches any project specification by considering three key aspects:
- The ambient mood
- The accent
- The task lighting
Understanding these aspects is crucial for determining the degree of design flexibility, which enables us to specify optimal lighting solutions. If no existing solution is available, each project may involve partial or full customisation.
02. Fitting Development
During the technical fitting development stage, the archlum team conducts an application study, addressing electro-mechanical, optical, and thermal challenges while ensuring alignment with the project’s architecture and interior design.
For highly complex projects, Archlum prefers to collaborate with established industry leaders such as Bartenbach GmbH, with whom we have been working for many years on both project design and the development of specialised fittings.
03. Manufacturing
At the end of the lighting contract journey, the archlum team finalises the spec-to-build developed BOQ and progresses to the next stage of manufacturing.
We coordinate the activities of our suppliers and subcontractors, with a strong focus on product quality control.
Once the products are manufactured, they are gathered in our warehouse where they await shipping to our customers.
Meira Range
Archlum’s MEIRA Series features state-of-the-art reflectors designed by Bartenbach to the highest optical standards. Their micro-faceted design enables precise control of the light emitted by the LED, ensuring the best uniformity.
Retro Downlight Range
Easy to install, easy to maintain. Available in two basic shapes, round and square. Retro family is based on MR16 fitting that allows it to be equipped with various range of standard LED modules.
